VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON

ASSESSMENT

$140/HOUR

  • Direct time - administration of assessment materials

  • Indirect time - scoring and goal setting

Nikki prefers to spend minimal time on assessment activities which means: only enough assessment to get started on intervention. Ongoing assessment is part of every intervention plan, and families gain the most value from treatment sessions.

INTERVENTION

$131.25/45 MINUTES

  • Weekly direct intervention session - 45 minutes of direct, live intervention

  • Home programming - instructions and activity suggestions.

Clinic Policies

CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed regularly. The exception is in the case of inclement weather or illness.

INSURANCE

Speech-language pathology services are covered by most private insurance plans. Our billing relationship is with you. It is your responsibility to determine and monitor your coverage and to seek reimbursement from your insurer.

INVOICES & PAYMENTS

Invoices are prepared at the time of service, and payment is due at that time. Payment methods include INTERAC e-transfer and VISA/Mastercard.
